Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. 2. Set tables according to the type of event and service standards. 3. Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders. 4. Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. 5. Record transactions in the order system promptly and accurately. 6. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage. 7. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including china, glassware, and utensils. 8. Complete closing duties, such as restocking items and turning off lights. 9. Present accurate checks to guests and process payments efficiently. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting. - Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
